Update Your Payment Information

If your payment information changes (e.g. credit card number or expiration date), you can update your account in Direct Mail:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of the screen
  2. Scroll down to the Billing Plan section and click Change
  3. Click the Update Payment Information link at the bottom. If you do not see the this link, it means either that we do not have any saved payment information for your account, or that your current billing plan is not a recurring payment plan (i.e. you are on the Pay Per Email Plan).

If you are using the Pay Per Email Plan, you can update your saved payment method the next time you purchase email credits. This is done by selecting the Different credit card option at checkout.
