How autoresponder emails are billed

Emails sent via an autoresponder are billed just like regular email campaigns:

  • Pay Per Email Plan. Each autoresponder email sent debits your email credit balance by one credit. This is slightly different than regular campaigns (regular campaigns to five or fewer recipients are free).
  • Unlimited Plan. Since this plan is billed only on the number of subscribers (not the number of emails sent), you will only be billed extra if the total number of subscribers emailed in a given month exceeds your plan limit. If you do exceed the plan limit, your plan is automatically upgraded to the next plan with a higher subscriber limit and you're billed the difference.
  • SMTP Plan. Autoresponders do not work with the SMTP plan.
