If you can't see your campaign reports in Stamps

When you first launch the Stamps app, you'll be prompted to sign in to your Direct Mail account. After you've signed in, you should see a list of your Direct Mail Projects. Tap on a project to see the reports for the campaigns in that project.

If you don't see your projects or campaign reports, you can have Direct Mail re-sync your campaigns. Here's how:

  1. On your Mac, open Direct Mail.
  2. Open the project you want to link to Stamps.
  3. Choose Window > Integrations from the menu bar.
  4. Click on Stamps
  5. Click Re-Link Reports

Your campaign reports will become visible in the Stamps app.
