Signing in to your Direct Mail Account

Here's how to sign in:

  1. Open Direct Mail
  2. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Click Sign In.

Once you've signed in, Direct Mail will keep you signed in to that computer even if you quit and re-open the application, or restart your computer. If you no longer want to be signed in, or if you want to protect your account while you're away from your computer, you can sign out at any time.

After you sign in

After you sign in to your account, you can access any Direct Mail project that you have in the cloud by choosing File > "Open from Cloud" from the menu bar at the top of your screen. You may also open any Direct Mail project that you have saved on your hard drive by choosing File > Open from the menu bar at the top of your screen.

Using single sign-on (SSO)

You can sign in to Direct Mail using your organization’s existing single sign-on provider. This feature is available to accounts that have an enterprise pricing plan with us (please contact our support team for more information).

To use single sign-on, follow the instructions at the top of this article. After you enter your email address, the password field will disappear and be replaced by the words “Single sign-on”. Click the Sign In button to proceed.
