Finding and removing invalid addresses

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

By default, Direct Mail will mark any invalid email addresses it finds with a yellow caution icon. If you want to filter your list of addresses to just invalid ones, here's how:

  1. Go to the Addresses tab.
  2. Select the group you wish to find invalid email addresses in
  3. Choose Addresses > Show invalid Email Addresses from the menu bar.

Select the addresses and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
