Adding links to a message

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

You can add a variety of different types of links to your message in Direct Mail. You can link to:

  • Web pages
  • Email addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Sections within your email (anchors)

Here's how to add a link:

  1. Select the text that you'd like to turn into a link
  2. Choose Edit > Add Link (or click the button that looks like an arrow in the message editor toolbar)
  3. Enter the URL, email address, telephone, or anchor that you want to link to
  1. Click the location in your message where you'd like the link to appear (must be in a text block).
  2. Choose Edit > Add Link (or click the button that looks like an arrow in the message editor toolbar)
  3. Enter the URL, email address, telephone, or anchor that you want to link to
  1. Click on the image that you want to link
  2. Change the "Link" pop-up menu from "None" to either URL, Email Address, Telephone or Anchor
  3. Enter the URL, email address, telephone, or anchor that you want to link to
  1. Click on the button that you want to link
  2. Enter the URL, email address, telephone, or anchor that you want to link to
